Childcare Services
Learning through fun is what we do. Your child will be able to follow supervised play, crafts and activities chosen by them. Although, we do have some structured activities!
In summary we offer:
- Day Care for children aged between 2 1/2 years and 5 years old
- During school term from Monday to Friday
- Morning sessions - 9.15.am to 12.15.pm
- A ‘Munch Club’ – a lunchtime service for children from Marlborough Nursery and other children who need a supervised lunch (12.15 - 12.45)
- A Walk Over Service – for children attending local Nurseries after the morning session at our Playgroup
For all the above services, we believe we are the most affordable in the Roath / Penylan area. Currently fees can be paid using the Child Care Offer, by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
NEWS
CLOSED FOR SUMMER HOLIDAYS
We closed for Summer break on Wednesday 20 July. Thank you to all those children and parents who recently left our setting. We will be opening in early September, shortly after schools and nurseries return

NEW TOYS / ACTIVITIES
A new 'mud kitchen' and a new selection of toy trucks, cars, fire-engines, ambulances along with helicopters and dinosaurs.
We have also revamped our 'screening' replacing the tired bamboo screens with Birch Leaf Screening.

WE HAVE MOVED!
On the 3rd May 2022 we opened at our new home in Penylan Library and Community Centre. We now have an outside play area, a setting on the ground floor and are able to accommodate up to 18 children.
SPRING TERM 2022
The Playgroup reopened on Monday 10 January 2022. There are still places available on all days + don't forget you maybe able to get FREE Childcare.
